Ingredients:
1, 1/4 tsp dill
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
1 C. sour cream or plain yogurt
4-6 tsp. lemon juice
5 slices red onion (slice like you would for onion rings, then cut in half or quarters)
2 cucumber, peeled or unpeeled, then sliced
2 medium to large tomato, sliced
What to do:
In a medium size bowl combine dill, salt, sugar, sour cream and lemon juice to taste. Add onion, cucumber, and tomato to the mixture and stir until the veggies are coated with the dressing. Refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors mingle. Enjoy!!
