Ingredients:
2 T. oil
2 T. flour
2 T. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 C. water
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
What to do:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, add flour and chili powder cook for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook over low heat for about 2-3 minutes until thickened.
