2 pieces of whole grain bread, toasted with 1 T. of butter on each
2 large eggs non-stick cooking spray
1, 4 inch round cookie cutter
1, 2 1/2 inch heart cookie cutter
What to do:
Get your buttered toast ready. You will be cooking one egg at a time. Using two small bowls, separate yolk from egg white and whisk yolk thoroughly, set aside. Spray the cookie cutters (well and all over) with the cooking spray. In a medium size fry pan treated with the cooking spray and on medium heat, place your large cookie cutter then on the inside place the heart cookie cutter. Once the pan is hot pour your yolk inside the heart cookie cutter, and then pour the white inside the round cookie cutter. Place a lid on the fry pan and cook for about 1 minute or until done. Coat kitchen tongs with nonstick cooking spray and slowly pull out heart-shaped cookie cutter from center than the round. Repeat for the second egg and place on buttered toast.
