8 oz. of cream cheese
1/2 lb. deli corned beef
1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 C. shredded Swiss cheese plus 1/2 C. to for the top
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. of Thousand Island dressing (more of less depending on your taste) also extra for on the side
Some salt and pepper
What to do:
Preheat the oven to 350 and lightly grease a 1 quart baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together until smooth, scoop out into the baking pan, and sprinkle with the extra 1/2 C. Swiss cheese on top. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until warm and bubbly, serve warm with bread or crackers and extra Thousand Island dressing for on the side.
