2 boxes of oatmeal crème pies, some will be for garnish (I used Little Debbie’s)
1-gallon vanilla ice cream (or whatever flavor you desire), semi-soft so you can spread it easily
1 (8 oz.) tub whipping cream
What to do:
Using cooking spray treat your 9×13 or two 9×9 or 8×8 pans.
Layer the oatmeal cookies evenly on the bottom of the pan; spread the ice cream evenly over the cookie layer. Add another layer of cookies and then an even layer of whipping cream. Garnish with chopped cookie. Freeze for 1-2 hours, cut and garnish with caramel sauce, chocolate syrup, and half a cookie.
