Cook Time: 25 to 30 minutes
Serves: about 16 depending on size
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork or Italian sausage
1/4 C. panko
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 T. minced garlic
1/2 C. grated Parmesan
1/4 C. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
What to do:
In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients, roll the mixture into 2-inch balls, more or less (depending on your preference that is.) Treat a baking sheet with cooking spray and place them at least one inch apart to give them room to cook, bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until done. This recipe easily doubles.
