4 slices of bread, toasted or non-toasted
2 to 4 slices thick-cut bologna (you can use turkey bologna too)
2-4 slices provolone cheese or any cheese you desire
3-4 tomato slices
Mustard, mayo, BBQ sauce or any sauce you enjoy
What to do:
Set a medium-sized frying pan over medium-high heat.
Cut four small slices along the outside edge of the bologna, otherwise, the middle bubbles up. Place bologna on frying pan. While cooking get your sandwich ready. Spread your sauce on one side of both of the bread pieces. Fry your bologna for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Top with the slice of cheese, and remove the pan from the heat.
Top one slice of bread with the fried bologna and melted cheese, add the tomato and lettuce, the second piece of bread on top, and serve.
