Serves: 2 to 4
1 lb. bulk sausage (spicy, regular etc. this is up to you)
2 -4 large eggs
2-4 toasted hamburger buns or any flavor your little heart desires
What to do:
Heat a large size skillet over medium heat; divide your sausage into 2 or 4 patties. Flatten the patties and make a large hole inside (this is where you’re going to put your egg). Plop the patty onto the hot pan and crack the egg into the hole and cover. Cook on each side for about 3-4 minutes preside or until egg and sausage are cooked to your desired doneness. Transfer to a plate and serve.
Toppings: Cheese, mayo, avocado, lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, BBQ sauce, salsa, etc.
