These Keto Meatballs contain no breadcrumbs or grains of any kind. They are perfect for a low carb meal. With less than 1g net carbs per serving, it’s a no brainer! Add a small side salad, it’s an easy healthy dinner!

Serves: 16 using a 2 inch scoop
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork or Italian sausage
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 T. minced garlic
1/2 C. grated Parmesan
2 T. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together, roll the mixture into 2-inch balls using a 2 inch scoop. Treat a baking sheet with cooking spray and place them at least one inch apart to give them room to cook, bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until done. This recipe easily doubles.
