Prep Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
1 canned cherry pie filling, juice and all
1 canned crush pineapple, juice and all
1 yellow box Cake mix
1 C. chopped walnuts
1 stick of butter
What to do:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray a Bundt pan, or pan of choice. First things first, layer the bottom with the canned cherry pie filling, then the crushed pineapple. Then the cake mix on top, make sure to evenly sprinkle this. Cut a stick of butter and place pats of butter around mixture. Then, last but not least the walnuts. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the top is nice and golden brown.
Christina’s Notes:
With this cake you can use any verity of fruit that strikes your fancy. Just a reminder if you try and turn this cake upside down, it will fall apart. It is meant to be scooped out and served with ice cream or whip cream! Enjoy!!!!
