Serves: 2 small, 1 large
Ingredients:
1/2 banana, small or 1 C. Greek yogurt
1 C. pumpkin puree
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (more to your liking)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 C. milk
2-3 T. of honey (I like mine on the sweeter side, so I do 3)
1 scoop vanilla protein (optional)
1 C. of ice
A light dusting of Graham Cracker Crumbs for garnish
What to do:
Add all of the ingredients (other than the Graham Cracker Crumbs) into your Blender and pulse until thick and smooth. Pour it into your glass, top with some Graham Cracker Crumbs if you’d like, throw your feet up and enjoy!
