Serves: 4 cups
Ingredients:
2 Sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 7-oz. container marshmallow fluff (about 2 cups)
1 1/2-2 C. powdered sugar
Pinch of kosher salt
What to do:
In a large mixing bowl add butter and beat on medium-high speed until smooth. Add in your confectioners’ sugar and mix in well. Scrape down sides of bowl and add in your fluff and continue mixing until frosting is completely smooth and looks fluffy.
