Ingredients:
1/2 banana, small or 1 C. Greek yogurt
1 C. apples, peeled, cored and chopped (applesauce works well also)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
2-3 T. of honey (I like mine on the sweeter side, so I do 3)
1 scoop vanilla protein (optional)
1 C. of ice
What to do:
Add all of the ingredients into your blender and pulse until thick and smooth. Pour it into your glass, throw your feet up and enjoy!
