Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10-12 minutes
Serves: 18 depending on size
Ingredients:
1 C. peanut butter
1 C. light or dark brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 T. vanilla
Pinch of salt
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Drop batter by the tablespoon full onto a baking sheet lined with parchment, a silpat or treat with cooking spray. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
Once the cookies are done, remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 10 or so minutes. This step is very important because the will firm up as they cool.
Once cooled, use a spatula to transfer them to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
