Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
6 frozen pretzels, thawed and sliced
1 pound bacon, cooked
6 slices of Colby Jack or any cheese your heart desires
1/2 lb. ham
6 fried eggs
2 Tablespoons butter
Any sauce you desire for dipping and or layering on the sandwich
What to do:
Place bacon on the bottom half of the pretzel slices. Top with fried egg, ham then a slice of cheese; now the pretzel tops and sauce if using (just on the pretzel part). Brush tops of pretzels with water and sprinkle with pretzel salt (comes in the pretzel box, just not too much).
Melt butter in nonstick skillet and warm until cheese is melted and sandwich is warmed through (you could also just pop them in the microwave to melt the cheese, then in the oven to crisp up the pretzel).
Christina’s Notes:
If you just use bacon and cheese on the sandwich it makes a great football food!!!
