Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10-15 minutes
Serves: 6, two per sandwich
Ingredients:
1/4 C. melted butter
1 lb. deli roast beef
1/2 lb. deli smoked provolone, cut into half (whatever cheese you desire)
Sandwich horseradish spread
1 T. garlic powder (might not use all of it)
1 pkg. (12 count) regular dinner rolls
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut rolls in half and spread (I use a little brush) melted butter onto bottom half of the rolls. Place 1 slices of roast beef (depending on the size of your slices) and a half slice of provolone cheese on the roll. Spread some of the horseradish spread on the bottom tops of the dinner rolls, replace tops back on the sandwich and bunch them closely together into a foil lined 9×13 baking dish. Pour the left over butter over the rolls (optional), just covering the tops. Cover with foil and bake for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Uncover and sprinkle the garlic powder on top of the buns, cook for additional 2 minutes until tops are slightly browned and crisp. Serve warm.
