Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 48 to 60 appetizer size pizza balls
Ingredients:
3 cans Buttermilk Biscuits (10 to 8 biscuits per can). Cut each biscuit in half.
Pepperoni slices
16 oz. block of cheese or 1 bag of mozzarella string cheese (I use mozzarella string cheese, but whatever kind makes your heels click) Cut into 1/2 to 1 inch chunks.
4 T. melted butter
Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
1 jar pizza sauce, marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce (use what your family likes the best)
What to do:
Preheat your oven to 425.
Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish/pan…put it to the side.
Flatten the biscuit half out and stack pepperoni and cheese chunk on top. Gather up the edges of the biscuit and pinch.
Line the rolls up (seam side down) in the greased 9×13 in. pan. Brush the top of the rolls with the melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Serve the rolls with warm sauce for dipping.
