Ingredients
1/2 C. chili powder
1/4 C. onion powder
1/8 C. ground cumin
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. paprika
1 T. sea salt
Add cayenne for some heat if ya wish!
What to do:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then store in an airtight container. I use 2 tablespoons per one pound of meat or vegetables. The amount is clearly up to you and how tasty you would like your dish.

This is a great recipe to double, I love doing this around the holidays. Put your seasonings in little glass containers with labels and instructions.
