Ingredients:
1/2 stick of butter or butter cooking spray
2 whole large onion, sliced
1, 1/2 lbs. of ground beef or cubed steak
7 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
8 slices of Swiss cheese
8 slices of marble rye bread

What to do:
In a medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoon of butter or use cooking spray over medium-low heat. Put in the sliced onions and cook until they are golden brown and soft.
In medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt pepper and Worcestershire Form into 4 patties. If using cubed steak salt, pepper and dash each side with Worcestershire.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter or use your cooking spray in a separate skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties on both sides until totally done in the middle.
Assembly: Slice of bread with mayo, slice of cheese, hamburger patty, 1/4 of the cooked onions, another slice of cheese, and another slice of bread. On a clean griddle or in a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter or cooking spray and grill the sandwiches over medium heat until golden brown. Remove the sandwiches and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter or cooking spray to the skillet. Return the sandwiches to the skillet, flipping them on the other side. Cook until golden brown and crisp, and until he cheese is oozing everywhere.
