Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
4 T. Italian Seasonings
1 T. garlic powder
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 C. (8 oz.) ricotta cheese
1 ½ C. shredded mozzarella cheese extra for garnish
1/2 C. (1 oz.) chopped pepperoni extra for garnish
1 fresh or canned chopped jalapeno (optional)
1 loaf Italian or French bread begets, sliced
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350°.
In shallow 1-quart casserole dish, combine Italian seasonings, garlic powder, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, chopped jalapeno and pepperoni. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, if you have extra. Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through. Serve with bread toasted on both sides.

Try also chopped olives and sundried tomatoes with this dish…..it is so good!!!!
