Serves: 8 small and 16 mini pizzas
Ingredients:
1 can of refrigerated biscuits
1 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
1 C. shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese, depending on your toppings
1 package (3.5 oz.) sliced pepperoni or meat of your choice
And any other toppings of your choice, it’s all up to you!
What to do:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Press each biscuit into about 6-inch round or cut them in half and make them round again to get an appetizer size. Place them on greased cookie sheets. Top each round with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni or any toppings of your choice. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until bottoms are deep golden brown and cheese is brown and bubbly.
