Serves: 16- 36 pieces depending on size of fudge
Ingredients:
2 lbs. powdered sugar (about 8 cups, or 32 oz. bag)
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons vanilla
What to do:
Line a 9×9 casserole dish with foil.
In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder; stir until they are well mixed together. Then add in your butter and milk and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir, than microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir until mixture is well combined, you want every spec of sugar to be well incorporated. Now it’s time to mix in the walnuts and vanilla. Immediately pour into your prepared dish and spread to desired thickness. Place in refrigerator until set. Lift foil out of dish and cut into squares. Be sure to store in airtight container.
