Ingredients:

1/4 C. white sugar

1/4 C. water

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

4 oz. eggnog

1 oz. vanilla vodka

1 T. cinnamon simple syrup

Caramel syrup

Whip cream

Cinnamon

Cinnamon stick for garnish

What to do:

To make the simple syrup, mix in a small sauce pan the sugar and water and bring to a boil, stirring consistently. Once the sugar is dissolved, remove from the heat and stir in the cinnamon. Let cool completely.

Once the simple syrup has cooled, mix together the eggnog, vodka, and simple syrup.

In a martini glass, drizzle the caramel syrup around the inside. Gently pour the martini over it. Top with whip cream, cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
