Ingredients:
1 cup salted butter, softened (two sticks)
1/3 cup dried cranberries or fresh cranberries
1/4 cup honey (add more if you want a sweeter butter)
2 teaspoons grated orange peel, about 1 orange
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
What to do:
In a food processor finely mice your cranberries, set aside. With a hand mixer in a medium size bowl beat butter, honey, orange peel and cinnamon. With the hand mixer mix bowls together and make sure they are well blended, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 -3 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
