Ingredients:
1 apple
2 tsp. whole cloves
1 orange, thinly sliced
2 quarts apple cider
1/4 C. brown sugar
1 tsp. allspice
Pinch of grated nutmeg
1 C. dark spiced rum
What to do:
Stud your apple with the whole cloves and place all ingredients in a medium size pot (but not the rum) and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and discard the apple and orange slices, than add the rum. Ladle into mugs and garnish each with a cinnamon stick.
