Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20-30 minutes
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
2 cups stuffing
8 strips bacon (cut in half)
Cheese (optional)
What to do:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Cut the strips of bacon in half. Place about a tablespoon or so of the dressing mixture in the center of the bacon and then roll it up and place a toothpick in the center of everything to hold everything together. Place on sheet tray lined with foil.
Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes, turning the stuffing bites over halfway through, so that the bacon is fully cooked.
To make the bacon a little crispier, turn the broiler on just before they finish for a 1/2 minute or more.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
Christina’s Notes:
Use your leftover stuffing for a fun day-after-Thanksgiving snack! If your stuffing is too dry you can add some water or broth so it sticks together better.
