Serves: 18-24 or so depending on the size of cookie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C. coco powder
1/2 C. unsalted butter, softened
1/2 C. granulated sugar
1/3 C. packed light-brown sugar
1 large egg
1, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 C. water
1 pkg. (11.5 oz. or so) or 2 C. peanut butter candies
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare 2 baking sheets with cooking spray or a Silpat.
In a medium size mixing bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and coco powder, aside.
In a large bowl whip together butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy then mix in egg and vanilla once that is totally combined slowly add in flour mixture then your water, mix well. Stir in your peanut butter candies.
Drop dough, 2 Tbsp each, on your prepared baking sheets; spacing cookies 2-inches apart. Bake in preheated oven 11 – 14 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool on baking sheet 2 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
