1 tsp. minced garlic
1 small onion, minced

1 lb bulk sausage to make your own click on this link
1 T. Worcestershire
1 T chopped Fresh or dried parsley
Salt and paper to taste
6-8 hamburger buns, to make your own click on this link
Toppings of your choice
What to do:
In a medium size bowl combine garlic, onion, venison, sausage, Worcestershire, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Form your burgers; don’t pack the meat too much: overworking it can cause the burger to become mealy and overly dense.
Heat a large pan on medium heat; you’ll want the pan hot, but not smoking hot. When your pan is nice and hot, add in your burgers. Cook for 3 minutes and then flip them, do NOT touch them until you flip!!!! Your cooking time will depend on how thick your burgers are and how well you want the meat done. Set the burgers aside to let them rest.
