1/4 C. balsamic vinegar
1/4 C. sun-dried tomatoes, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
3 T. extra virgin olive oil
2 T. red wine
2 T. water
1 T. fresh chopped oregano or 1 tsp. dried
1 T. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. honey
Pinch of salt and pepper
What to do:
Place all ingredients in a jar and Shake…. Shake…..Shake. Will keep in your refrigerator for up to two weeks.
