Ingredients:
1 C. frozen or fresh blueberries
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
1 C. spinach
1 C. almond milk or regular non-fat milk
1 tsp. maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
2 tsp. ground flax seed or wheat germ
Crushed ice, use more or less depending how thick or thin you like your smoothies
What to do:
Put all of your ingredients in a blender and blend…blend…blend….. Until smooth and frothy!!!! You can adjust your sweetness by adding more or less of the honey or the sweetener you have chosen to use.
