Ingredients:
2 C. frozen or fresh strawberries, chopped
1 C. spinach or kale (optional)
1 to 1 1/2 C. almond milk or any milk of your choosing (or more or less for desired thickness)
1-2 T. honey or sweetener of your choosing, more or less will depend on how sweet you like it
1 T. ground flax seed or wheat germ
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
What to do:
Put all of your ingredients in a blender and blend…blend…blend….. Until smooth and frothy!!!! You can adjust your sweetness by adding more or less of the honey or the sweetener you have chosen to use. You can also add 1 cup ice to the ingredients list. This will make it very thick and cold especially if you’re using fresh fruit.
