Serves: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 C. milk or buttermilk, depending on how thick you like it
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried Chives
1 tsp. dried dill
1/2 tsp. distilled white vinegar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced (more if you like it really spicy) or 1/8-1/4 tsp. chipotle pepper powder.
What to do:
In a bowl combine all ingredients, tasting frequently and adjusting seasonings as needed. Chill for a couple of hours before serving, thin with milk or buttermilk if desired.
