Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10-15 minutes, depends how thick your chops are
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:
1/4 C. olive oil
4 boneless pork chops
3 egg whites
1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
1/4 C. Italian breadcrumbs (dried)
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
What to do:
In a large fry pan heat your oil on medium heat. In a smaller bowl, but big enough to fit the chops in, beat together the egg whites, set aside. In a separate small bowl, mix all your dry ingredients. Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture, coating evenly. Place coated pork chops in the fry pan and brown about 5 minutes on each side. The time will depend on how thick your chops are.
