Ingredients:
2 avocados, mashed
1 C. buttermilk
1/4 C. mayo
3 T. sour cream
1 small jalapeno, seeds removed and chopped, (optional)
1/8 tsp cumin
1/4 C. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1/4 C. parsley, chopped
2 T. chives or green onions, chopped
What to do:
Put all your ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined. For a thinner dressing add more buttermilk, for a thicker dip use less. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed, refrigerate to thicken or until ready to serve.
