Ingredients:
3 C. of good quality vanilla ice cream or fat-free ice cream
1 3/4 C. whole milk, fat-free milk or almond milk
1/2 tsp peppermint extract or more depending on your taste
1/4 tsp green food coloring
Optional toppings: Whipped cream, sprinkles, chocolate mints, maraschino cherries
What to do:
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream, sprinkles, chocolate mints, or a maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.

This recipe can be modified to accommodate Organic, Low-Fat, Sugar-Free, and other dietary restrictions. If it’s too thick add some more liquid, if it’s too thin add more ice cream.
