Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
1/4 C. cider vinegar
1 C. mayonnaise
1/3 C. honey
2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 C. pulp free orange juice
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 large cabbage, cored, shredded, or the bagged variety works well also
1 lb. of bacon fried crispy then broken up into small pieces
1 bunch scallions or chives thinly slice
1/2 C. finely minced parsley leaves, optional
3 firm apples, peeled, cored and shredded (any kind will do)
What to do:
Mix everything in a large bowl and cover. This is always better if you let it sit for a day or so it really lets the flavors combine.
