Grill Corn:
Peel back the corn husks without removing husk or stem. Remove all of the corn silk. With husks pulled back, tie together with piece of husk or 100% cotton string. Grill over medium-high heat 10 -15 minutes or until corn is tender, lightly charred and a deeper golden-yellow, remember to turn occasionally.
Oven Roasted Corn:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Don’t remove the husks, leave them on, and set your corn directly on the oven rack. Cook for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool a bit, carefully peel back the corn husks (the corn silk will fall away easily). Use the corn husks as handles for your corn.

Cheeses; grated or crumbled (feta, cotija, cheddar or grated parmesan etc.)
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Crumbled bacon
Mayo
Paprika
Chili powder
