Ingredients:
Vegetable oil for frying
2 T. milk
1 large egg, beaten
3/4 C. Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
1 pkg. frozen or fresh ravioli
Grated parmesan cheese
Spaghetti or pizza sauce
What to do:
Fill a Dutch oven halfway with oil. Place Dutch oven over high heat until oil reaches 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine milk, and egg. In a shallow bowl, place bread crumbs. Dip ravioli in milk mixture and coat with bread crumbs. Fry ravioli in batches in heated oil for 1 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove ravioli from the Dutch oven with a long slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with warm spaghetti or pizza sauce.
