Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes but freeze time at least 3 hours
Serves: 12 if using a regular size muffin tin
Ingredients:
1 tub of vanilla Greek yogurt (32 oz.) you can use low-fat
1/2 C. blueberries
1/2 C. red raspberries
1/2 C. blackberries
1/2 C. granola
You can use more or less of the above ingredients
What to do:
In a medium size bowl mix all your ingredients together. Using your mold (I only had my muffin tin on me, but you may have something else) pour the mixture evenly among the mold slip in your handles. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until frozen solid.
Christina’s Notes:
You can use different kinds of fruit for this project like strawberries, mangos, chopped apples, bananas, pears, plums and different kinds of chopped melons…the list goes on forever! I often change-up the flavor of the yogurt…like blueberry, peach, strawberry etc. you get the picture.
