Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20-30 minutes
Serves: 12-24 depending on the size you cut your bars
Ingredients:
1/2 C. white sugar
1 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/4 C. quick cooking oats
3/4 C. raisins
1 stick of butter (or margarine), softened
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
What to do:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, then in a large bowl cream together butter, eggs, and vanilla. Add the rest of your ingredients and stir until the mixture is well blended. Spread batter into a lightly greased or sprayed 9×13 inch pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done and golden brown on top. Cool in pan, and then cut into 2-inch squares. Devour!!!!
