Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough, softened
1 pkg. cream cheese softened
1/ 2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. powdered sugar
1 T. vanilla extract
2-3 C. of fruit (you can use more or less, pile it high or keep it low, any type of fruit your heart desires)
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a 9×13 or two 8- inch or 9-inch rounds spread your cookie dough, bake for 15-20 minutes or until done. In a medium size bowl mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Spread your mixture on top of the cooked cookie crust; now layer your choice of fruit! Yup, that’s it, easy peasy!!!
