Rotisserie chicken
Corn
Garnishes: shredded cheddar cheese, green onion, jalapeño or sour cream.
What to do:
If your path is store bought then just gather your ingredients, if your path is homemade then follow the recipe instructions.
To assemble the bowl: Cut the chicken into bite size chunks. Crumble cornbread into the bottom of the bowl put in a hand full of chicken pieces then some corn. Ladle on top, the beans, and its sauce so it spills down into the cornbread. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and green onion on top and finally as much sour cream as you desire or anything else you think you might need, BAM….. dinner is served!
