This dish is perfect for those busy weeknights. Its quick, takes little effort not to mention few ingredients. Ready in under 30 minutes, who doesn’t love easy recipes using soups!

Ingredients:
1 lb. thick cut bacon, chopped
1 pkg. (24oz.) frozen homemade egg noodles
2 large cans or 4 small cans bean with bacon soup
1/2 large head garlic, minced or 2 tsp. prepared
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 T. Italian seasoning
What to do:
In a large skillet over medium high heat cook bacon until crisp. Drain bacon and put bacon aside. Make sure to keep enough bacon grease in your skillet to fry your onion and garlic, about ¼ cup. The rest of the grease place on a bowl and set aside. Start to cook your noodles by following the package instructions. While this is happening, fry your onion and garlic until tender. Then add your bean bacon soup and Italian seasoning add a little more bacon grease if needed, the soup mixture should be thick. Next add drained noodles and bacon mix and simmer for 2-5 until everything is in corporate and warmed through. Enjoy.
