Its zucchini time!!!!
Ready to let go and go beyond muffins, salads, bread, and fritters? You must try these crispy baked zucchini sticks. Try them dipped in your favorite sauce or dressing. This appetizer is ready in under 30 minutes and it’s baked!!!

Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves: 6 people about 8 pieces
You can also deep fat fry them or cook them in your air fryer.
Ingredients:
1 lb. (Give or take) washed zucchini, cut into 4-5 inch long by 1/2 inch sticks.
3 Eggs, whisked in a shallow dish
2 C. Panko crumbs
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 T. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
1/4 tsp. Cayenne
1/2 C. Parmesan
What to do:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Treat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place flour in a large gallon size plastic bag. Place zucchini sticks in the bag with the flour and shake until coated. Place panko crumbs, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne and parmesan cheese in a shallow dish and mix well. Then get the dipping station ready in this order. Floured zucchini, egg wash and then panko crumb mixture. Dredge floured zucchini sticks in the egg wash then in the panko mixture, place loaded sticks on your treated baking sheet. Make sure to keep space between the sticks so they get crispy. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, turn them if you wish.
