Ingredients:
1 lb. or about 2 C. Turkey, chopped in food processor
1/4 C. Relish, sweet, spicy or dill your choice
3/4 C. Mayo or Miracle Whip
1/2 C. Minced onion or green onion, green and whites
2 Stalks of celery, chopped
1 tsp. Yellow mustard
2 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
What to do:
Place leftover turkey in a food processor and pulse until chopped fine. In a large bowl add chopped turkey, relish, mayo, onion, celery, mustard, egg, salt and pepper, mix well.
Serve with your favorite crackers, vegetable or make a delicious sandwich! Store in an airtight container.
