Ingredients:
6 ears of corn
1 C. Brown sugar
Luck warm water
A vessel to put the corn, water and brown sugar in.
What to do:
Shuck the corn down until you hit the last layer closest to the ear of the corn. Fill your vessel up with luck warm water, just enough so it covers the corn then add your brown sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Place your ears of corn in your water mixture. Let soak for 2 hours and then grill.
Christina’s notes:
If using a plastic container like a box make sure to place a plate or something heavy to sink your ears of corn.
