Ingredients:
1/2 C. butter or margarine
1 C. boiling water
1 C. sifted all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
What to do:
Melt butter in one cup boiling water. Add flour and salt all at once; vigorously Stir. Cook and stir until the mixture forms a ball and doesn’t separate. Remove from heat ; cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating at each until smooth.
Drop by heaping tablespoon 3 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until gold brown and puffy, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on rack. Makes 10
