This Turkey (or chicken) Tetrazzini recipe is the perfect way to enjoy your leftover turkey. Meat and pasta smothered in a creamy white sauce topped with cheese, bursting with lots of flavor. This recipe won’t disappoint!
PREP TIME: 15 minutes
COOK TIME: 30- 40 minutes

Ingredients:
12 oz. dry spaghetti
3 T. butter
1 onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 pkg. (8 oz.) mushrooms, sliced
3 T. flour
2 ¼ C. chicken broth reduced sodium
8 oz. cream cheese
1 ⅓ C. heavy whipping cream or half & half
Salt & pepper to taste
1 T. fresh or dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 C. turkey chopped
2 C. mozzarella cheese divided
1/4 C. parmesan cheese
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prepare a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
Cook spaghetti al dente according to package directions.
Melt butter, cook onions, garlic, parsley and Italian seasoning over medium heat until softened. Add mushrooms and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
Add broth and heavy cream, cook until thick. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
Combine together, spaghetti, turkey, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and sauce. Pour into the 9×13 pan, top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover, bake an additional 10-15 minutes until hot, bubbly and golden brown. Enjoy!
