This sausage roll recipe is the perfect make-ahead appetizer, they are delicious served hot or cold. Easy, filling and perfect for parties, they will be a hit among your party guests!

Ingredients:
1 (1-lb) roll breakfast sausage , cooked, crumbled and pluse in a food processor a few times to get it smaller.
1 (8-oz) cream cheese , softened
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained very well.
2 (8-oz) cans refrigerated crescent rolls, making sure to cut each triangle in half.
What you do:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a large bowl, mix together all of your ingredients except the crescent rolls. 😉
Scoop sausage filling onto each roll and roll up.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve hot or cold.
