1 pear, more on the firmer side is best so it doesn’t go to mush, cored and diced
1/4 C. onion, chopped
1 C. Toasted pecans, or any nut you prefer
1 C. Or combine of, dried cranberries, golden raisins, regular raisins, craisins etc.
1 jalapeno, ribs and seeds removed, chopped
The Creamy Salad Dressing:
1 C. Greek yogurt or 1/2 C. Mayo, 1/2 C. Greek yogurt
2 T. Lemon juice
1/4 C. Honey
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
